The client wanted a space that reflects their brand in their brand values – Kind, Agile, Driven and Inclusive. As a rapidly growing people focused business Nineteen needed to create a workspace that helps attract ant retain the best people.
Split over 3 floors in a central Wimbledon office building, the Ground Floor houses a central collaboration point and meeting hub where employees can exchange ideas, mingle and informally meet their clients and suppliers with a large kitchen area with banquette seating and touch down spaces. The clever design of the boardroom means it can be opened up to the main space for functions and town hall meetings.
The 1st and 2nd floor are a combination of open plan workstations, meeting rooms and informal meeting space which extends to a fun and welcoming roof terrace area, cheekily named “All bar 19”.
